Plushie [[SRD:Sorcerer|Sorcerers]] are extremely common, to the point where one might expect all plushies to be one.  Plushies have magic in their blood, er, stuffing.  They trade out their familiars and in return gain some class features and can augment their Go Boom ability.

They may now cast that 1/day as a [[SRD:Spell-Like Abilities|spell-like ability]].  In return they give up a normal spell per day at the appropriate level for the spell.  As a spell-like ability it ignores gp and XP costs, however unlike most abilities it only ignores up to 1000 gp and 200 xp in cost.  Any higher, and the spell costs its normal amount of gp or xp spent.  Choosing the same spell increases the number of times you may cast it.
