|skill0=You’ve developed a crazy puppet-networking battery because you are just so smart. You may turn any creature under the effect of your Puppet the Dead ability to become a self-sufficient “Friend” by attaching a special battery to them and deactivating the Puppet the Dead effect. They remain otherwise the same but will no longer power-off after ten minutes or when another creature is affected by Puppet the Dead. You may not control more than your own cumulative CR in fleshy friends this way, and no single friend may be of a CR higher than half your own. 
|skill4=You have a pocket control console for your Friends, as well as an antenna and rudimentary AI. Your Friends may be given simple commands in the same way as actual undead creatures, and you don’t even need to tell them verbally - you just issue the command with a remote-control device with a range of 60 feet. This means you can have them bop around patrolling an area while you’re away or something like that. Commands must be simple, like “Patrol”, “Attack”, “Await Command” or “Follow”. 
|skill9=Using your console, you can see through the eyes of any Friends within Long range as if using a spell like [[SRD:Arcane Eye|Arcane Eye]].
|skill14=You can integrate a device into a Friend’s physiology that blurs the line between electric animation and life - your “Best Friend”! This replaces your [[Puppeteer_(3.5e_Class)#Familiar|Familiar]], if you have one. By integrating a device that requires a [[Tome_Magic_Items_(3.5e_Variant_Rule)/Obtaining_Magic_Items#Positive_Energy|Positive Energy Gem]], a [[Tome_Magic_Items_(3.5e_Variant_Rule)/Obtaining_Magic_Items#Negative_Energy|Negative Energy Gem]] and a [[Tome_Magic_Items_(3.5e_Variant_Rule)/Obtaining_Magic_Items#Souls|Soul]] of the same value as the source creature (100 x CR²), your Friend becomes an autonomous, intelligent creature. It gains the Living Construct subtype, may gain class levels and starts with as many class levels as were possessed by the soul used in creating it, up to the maximum permitted by its CR cap (which is your level minus three). 
|skill19=You become a Living Construct, are healed by Electrical damage, no longer age, and any attempts to extract or move your soul around when you’re dead just don’t work unless you want them to. With a ritual that requires that you have the Life Anew ability (final ability of Puppeteer), you may expend a [[Tome_Magic_Items_(3.5e_Variant_Rule)/Obtaining_Magic_Items#Positive_Energy|Positive Energy Gem]], a [[Tome_Magic_Items_(3.5e_Variant_Rule)/Obtaining_Magic_Items#Negative_Energy|Negative Energy Gem]] and half a litre of [[Tome_Magic_Items_(3.5e_Variant_Rule)/Obtaining_Magic_Items#Hope|Hope]] to create a non-perishable body double and tuck it away real secretive on an unknown demiplane or w/e. When you die, you may will your soul into this body double unerringly - even across planes. Theoretically, the only way to keep you dead is by destroying your soul while you’re still alive.
