|effect=You have armor check penalty and speed reduction as if you under medium encumbrance (no max dexterity). If you are wearing medium or heavy armor, or are under heavy encumbrance, increases your armor check penalty by 2 (to a minimum of 2). The speed penalty of this flaw cannot be alleviated by abilities and items.

If you are riding a mount, all of your mount's speeds are reduced by 10 ft.
