''The master ring is an orante looking gold ring with crown-like set for the polished crystal within, and jewels inlaid in the points.  Their counterpart, the slave rings, are black iron-wrought wings with red script and a stylized scorpion tail embossed on the top.''

The enslavement rings are used by sinister slavers to keep control of their slaves.  The slaveowner wears the master ring while up to 10 slave rings can be attuned to a master ring.  This set of rings allows the master and slaves to communicate with each other as if using ''[[SRD:Message|message]]'', with unlimited distance (but not across planes).  Using this function is a free action which lasts for as long as they are speaking.  Slave rings are cursed and cannot be removed unless a ''[[SRD:Remove Curse|remove curse]]'' or 20th level or above is cast, or similar curse-removing spells.

The master ring has additional functions; at will it may use ''[[SRD:Suggestion|suggestion]]'' as a standard action on any owner of a slave ring, regardless of distance.  The DC is 13 + the user's [[Charisma]] modifier.  Once a slave ring owner successfully makes a saving throw against the suggestion, they are immune for 24 hours.  In addition at will as a standard action, a master can torment the slave with jolts of agony which deal 2d6 nonlethal damage, no save.  Unlike normal nonlethal damage this nonlethal damage vanishes after 1 hour.

The master ring can be removed and is not cursed.  It radiates faint lawful and evil auras.
