The wearer of the ring is immune to all [[SRD:Poison|poison]], gains the [[SRD:Druid|druid]]'s wild empathy (snakes only), gains the ability to [[SRD:Speak with Animals|''speak with animals'']] (snakes only), and finally may cast ''vipergout''<sup>SpC</sup> as a spell-like ability three times per day.

If the wearer is a caster, she may count any spell on the [[SRD:Scalykind Domain|scalykind]] domain spell list as a spell known as long as she wears the ring (assuming she is able to cast spells of the appropriate level).
