|reason=No. Marking something as Very High doesn't actually fix anything. Trying to move unbalanced articles into that category as a dumping ground is shameful for game balance. This just... this thing can just permanently kill something forever. It meshes poorly with some classic story-telling elements. Just imagine for a moment, dear reader, this being used on your level 8 PC. They're now old. If they died, get a new character ready or go do something else the rest of the adventure, because the DM doesn't want you playing anymore. Epic magic might have a solution, but that's epic magic, against something obtainable at halfway through someone's adventuring career. Sandbox this and rework the idea or at least overhaul it right away because this shouldn't be in the main space.

|reason=Multiple saves each round (up to 5-6), and if you fail like 3-4 you're dead? And if you do save, you immediately go fatigued, and not for a round or two, but for a whole minute? Definitely should be VH.
