|reason=I've never really been a fan of the Flaw system. That said, this provides some set penalties (permanent Max Dex, check penalties) and situational DM counters that should work well to offset getting an additional feat... all while providing players some incentive to work around their character's deficiencies, you know, roleplaying.

:For the same reason a cavalrist wouldn't choose not to take [[Publication:Unearthed Arcana/Slow|this flaw]]. And while this flaw will not affect a dwarf's speed, the dwarf's own racial features already take care of that. With a medium load comes a maximum Dexterity bonus to armor class, and an armor check penalty of -3, that applies to almost every Strength and Dexterity related Skill. --[[User:Sulacu|Sulacu]] 21:18, 26 March 2011 (UTC)
