This golden vest seems to have arms crossed over it embracing the creature, and two black spots just behind the arms near the shoulders.  When donned, two glowing ghostly arms made of force appear from the vest which can grant a creature with no arms to gain arms, or a creature with arms to have two extra arms.  The arms are sized to the creature as appropriate.  The arms can interact with incorporeal beings as if they were ghost touch, and can hold items.  You can use the arms to make unarmed strikes and slam attacks, but you cannot wield more than 2 weapons and shields (including your original limbs).

If the creature has more arms than normal they gain a +2 bonus to grapple checks.
