The creature’s type changes to [[Type::Outsider]] with the [[Subtype::Native]] subtype. Do not recalculate the creature’s Hit Dice, base attack bonus, or saves. Size is unchanged.

Creation begins and runs automatically after activation, ending 1 hour after activation (or six days of work) with no concentration needed.  And you may use this ability 1/day instead of weekly.  While the effect is in play visible humanoid constructs of light flicker in and out of existence to perform the labor required.
