Additionally they may craft magic items (including scrolls) without needing to meet the spell and caster level requirement of the item as long as they possess a scroll of of that spell (the scroll is not expended upon the creation of the item).   

Additionally she count her character as caster level for the purpose of qualifying for item creation feat.
