You eminate a cloud of poison gas out in a 10 ft radius spread around your body for the duration.  Creatures entering the aura must make a [[Fortitude]] save of DC 10 + 1/2 your HD + [[Con]] modifier or become poisoned with a special poison that eats away their health.  Rather than one effect and then another 1 minute later, they instead loses 1 hp each round for 1 minute.  If a creature is already suffering from Aura of Poison it cannot be poisoned by this effect again until the duration is up.  The duration can be ended prematurely with a Heal check (DC equal to the DC of this power) as a standard action.  Creatures immune to poison are immune to this spell.
