''An extension of a meditation exercise practiced by all Force users, this Force power allows them to hold their breath for an incredibly long time, even while taking very strenuous actions. Although more frequently used by Jedi than by Sith, it is in no way connected to the Light Side.''

As long as you know this Force power, the amount of time that you can hold your breath increases by 2 rounds per character level. At 5th character level or higher, taking a standard or full-round action doesn't reduce your breath-holding duration. If you are affected by a [[SRD:Dispel Magic|''dispel magic'']] or similar effect, this ability is instead suppressed as if it were a magic item. Note that if this would reduce the amount of time you can hold your breath to below the time you have actually held it, you could begin to suffocate immediately.
