You draw a fragment of the Far Plane down and impose it on the prime material.  Once cast, it remains fixed on a point in space centered on the caster's original position.  The edges of the bubble are obvious, semi-transparent and foggy.  Within all are subject to random environmental effects.  Roll 1d100 on [[100 Far Realm Occurrences (3.5e Other)|the 100 Far Realm Occurrences chart]] to determine what occurs in the area.  No one, not even the caster, is immune but the caster does get a +4 bonus on saving throws and checks against effects from this spell.

You can reroll the 1d100 check by focusing as a 1 round action, so long as you are still within the area of effect.  This still counts as concentrating for the purposes of duration.
