|effect=You suffer from constant minor headaches, which cause you to suffer a -2 penalty on [[SRD:Concentration Skill|Concentration]] checks any skill checks which require more than one round to complete. You do not suffer from this effect while under the effect of [[Painkiller (3.5e Equipment)|painkillers]]. 

Additionally after you spend 5 rounds in a stressful situation (such as combat) you gain a [[Headache (3.5e Condition)|Headache]], after 10 rounds it become a [[Migraine (3.5e Condition)|Migraine]]. 

Finally you a -4 penalty on saving throws against effect which would cause you to get a [[Headache (3.5e Condition)|Headache]] or [[Migraine (3.5e Condition)|Migraine]].
