The cursed will take 1d6 damage per caster level and randomly (D10 for spell level & then chosen by player) loses 1 spell prepared or spontaneous spell each round until the cursed casts a spell; if the cursed runs out of spells to cast because of the curse, she is forced to endure the curse till duration ends.

The curse is ineffective if the target is unable to initially cast spells. Unlike most curses, it is able to be removed by any dispelling ability/spell.
