This is a defective [[SRD:Bag of Tricks|bag of tricks]].  It functions the same as the normal bag of its kind, but the bag appears to be possessed by a malicious force.  It can summon animals from the bag at any time (up to 10 animals a week from its own pool of uses), usually at the worst possible time.  These animals are uncontrolled and behave as a normal animal would in the given situation, usually by flipping out and panicking.
