This functions as a [[SRD:Decanter of Endless Water|decanter of endless water]], up until the point it is placed on its geyser setting.  Instead of the normal effect, [[SRD:Water Elemental|water elementals]] begin pouring out, creating strong enough or numerous enough water elementals to equal to an "overpowering" encounter (generally party CR +5).  These water elementals are hostile to the user and the user's allies, and will attack until destroyed.  This happens every time the geyser setting is used.
