== Crystal of Energy Assault (Expanded) ==

This is actually an expansion on the crystal of energy assault from in the Magic Item Compendium, covering more rare and obscure elements.  They deal force damage, negative energy damage, positive energy damage, and untyped damaged caused by psionic effects such as ''[[SRD:Mind Thrust|mind thrust]]'' respectively.  Negative and positive energy only deal damage, and do not effect undead and living creatures respectively.  Psionic damage is mind-affecting.

This augment crystal grants 1 point of damage of the designated energy type to the weapon's damage.

;Lesser
This augment crystal grants 1d6 points of damage of the designated energy type to the weapon's damage.

;Greater
This augment crystal grants 1 point of damage of the designated energy type to the weapon's damage, as well as a secondary effect based on the type of crystal.

''Force Assault:'' You may choose to push a target back 5 ft on a critical threat.  x3 critical multipliers can push 10 ft, and x4 can push 15 ft.

''Negative Assault:'' Living creatures reduce any healing they receive this round by 2 points.  Multiple attacks do not stack.

''Positive Assault:'' Undead creatures take a -2 penalty to turning checks for 1 round.  Multiple attacks do not stack.

''Psionic Assault:'' Target takes a -2 penalty to a single mental ability score of your choice for 1 round.  Multiple attacks do not stack.
