''This amulet resembles a miniature pewter horseshoe, complete with miniature nails hammered in pointing downwards - in accordance to superstition. Supposedly, hammering the nails in that way prevents the luck from draining out. Because luck flows like water, apparently.'' (This is the description of this item when unidentified. You gain 12 rerolls per day, which may be used on any die roll whose effects would have any sort of impact on you, directly or indirectly, as long as it involves some sort of effect on your person or an effect that you generated. (For example, you couldn't use a reroll to prevent an enemy from hitting an ally, as that doesn't affect you directly, regardless of how badly screwed you may or may not end up being if that ally were to be killed. However, you could reroll a [[100 Far Realm Occurances (3.5e Other)|Far Realm occurrence]], since those affect the surrounding environment and therefore would impact your entire party - '''including you'''. You could also reroll a saving throw or dispel check made against one of your spells.) If you take a reroll, you must take its result, even if worse than the original roll, unless you use another reroll to try again (if you can't, then you have to accept the final result). You may reroll a single event up to four times, so long as you don't exceed this item's daily reroll limit. Rerolls from this item are used after rerolls that you may have from any other source (including luck feats), and the restrictions that apply to said other rerolls are not affected in any way by wearing this item.
