==Luminous Edge==
[[Summary::A powerful enhancement which essentially turn any weapon it is applied to into a energy chainsaw.|A weapon with this enhancement glow with runes and projects arcs of energy, which are capable of slicing through almost any material.]] The luminous edge enhancement may only be placed on slashing melee weapons.

A weapon with the luminous edge can be activated as a swift action, while active it uses arcs of energy to slice through matter. While active a luminous edge weapon deal an extra 2d6 typeless damage, which overcome all damage reduction, resistance and hardness. A creature slain by a Luminous Edge weapon is bisected or beheaded, leaving the body unsuitable for [[SRD:Raise Dead|''raise dead'']] and causing it armor or any body slot item worn to gain the [[Broken (3.5e Condition)|Broken]] condition. The wearer may take a -4 penalty to attack to not damage the armor or body slot worn item. If a natural 20 is rolled with a activated luminous edge weapon, it critical threat multiplier become x4 unless it would normally be better.

A luminous edge weapon automatically destroy any mundane object it is used to attack, if it is used to attack a particularly large object it instead destroy a 5 ft square of it. It can also destroy force effect by dealing 2 damage per caster level of the effect to it. If an object is attended, a sunder check must be made as normal. An activated luminous edge weapon is capable of inflicting critical hit on construct, but not precision damage.

You may add the [[SRD:Brilliant Energy|Brilliant Energy]] enhancement on a luminous edge weapon at a +2 enhancement cost instead of +4. The luminous edge extra damage still apply to any construct, object or undead while both the brilliant energy and luminous edge enhancement is active. 

A Luminous Edge can only stay active for up to 10 rounds per day, uses need not to be consecutive. You add twice the weapon's enhancement bonus to the number of rounds per day it can be used. Once it enhancement bonus reach +5 or higher, the time limitation restriction is lifted and it may be used continuously. The luminous edge special quality can deactivated as a free action, once it round limit is reached it deactivate on it own.
