When you wear these goggles you gain darkvision 60 ft, but also gain light blindness.  Abrupt exposure to bright light (such as sunlight or a ''[[SRD:Daylight|daylight]]'' spell) blinds for 1 round.  On subsequent rounds, you are dazzled as long as you remain in the affected area.

Slipping the goggles on and off your eyes is a move action which does not provoke attacks of opportunity.  They are often used by spelunkers, spies, and assassins to explore a place devoid of light.
