|effect=You have a weak spot on your body, be it an old wound or a flashing red core.  Whatever form it takes, it is both obvious and not able to be covered up when in the middle of combat (a successful Disguise check of DC 20 can hide it outside of combat).  Creatures hit this weak spot on a confirmed critical hit, or if they take a -4 penalty to attack rolls to aim for it.  If struck, you take an additional 1 damage per HD you possess, and the attack bypasses any DR or resistances you have.  In addition, your effective fortification (if any) is always 50% lower than normal to a maximum of 50% fortification.  Treat immunity to critical hits as 100% fortification.
