Inherited, the Psychic Paragon gene is hereditary and autosomal recessive, making it rare. Parents that are heterozygous carriers for the trait have a 25% chance of having a child that is  Psychic Paragon. If two Homozygous Psychic Paragons breed they will most likely have a Paragon child.
