As a standard action you can look upon one target in 60 feet (18 meters). If it meets your eyes it must make a Will save to resist being [[SRD:Fascinated|fascinated]] by you, as long as you keep looking at it into the eyes. If it's an enemy and you are in combat, it may repeat the save every round or anytime it is hit by someone, returnig free if it is successful. It counts as flat-footed against you but the effect is over as soon as you successfully hit it.

You may replicate at will the spell [[SRD:Suggestion|''suggestion'']]. Its effects last one hour per essentia point invested. Targets that are inferior to you, by law or social custom, have a -4 penalty to resist. 

As a standard action one time, + one additional time per essentia point invested, per day you may unleash a scream in a cone of 15 feet + 5 feet per three meldshaper levels (4,5 meters + 1,5 meters). Every target must make a Reflex save to halve the damage (1d4 + 1d4 of sonic damage per amount of essentia invested). Targets that fail the save must make a Will save to avoid being [[dazed]] for one round.
