''The air swirls around your target as you cast the spell, slowly building. Moments later, the tangled strands of wind suddenly snap inward and then upward, latching onto your foe and choking them as they lift them high into the air.''

When the spell is cast, wind wraps around your target and lifts them into the air. They are lifted at a speed of 10 feet per round, up to a maximum of 30 feet. For the duration of the spell, they are Stunned and cannot breathe, being forced to hold their breath in order to survive. Ranged weapon attacks suffer a 20% miss chance against the target for the duration. When the spell ends, or is dispelled or dismissed, the winds stop, dropping the target to the ground, subjecting them to fall damage as appropriate.
