''Appearing like a gilded flintlock pistol and adorned with designs of sunbursts, phoenixes or flames, this pistol was designed by an order of warrior-priests to combat the undead. Rather than firing ammunition, it features a crystal of mixed red, blue and gold in color set into the barrel. This crystal glows faintly, flaring when the weapon is fired.

This weapon is an Exotic Light weapon. It fires a blast of sunlight as a ranged touch attack, dealing 1d8 damage to most things. Constructs and objects instead take 1d6 damage. Undead are instead dealt 2d6 damage, and undead creatures specifically vulnerable to sunlight are dealt 2d8 damage per shot.

Once per day as a full-round action, any pair of Solar Pistols can be used together to fire a blast of sunlight in a 150-foot line. This blast deals 2d8 damage, 2d6 to constructs and objects, 5d6 to Undead and 5d8 to undead specifically harmed by sunlight. When using this blast, you make a single ranged touch attack at your highest base attack bonus and compare it separately to the AC of each creature in the line.
