As part of activating this Sacrifice, you make a Temporal Strike (Or any of its variants, such as Entropic Blow) against a target. If this attack is successful, the target must make a Will save (DC 14 + your Wis mod) or become ''Slowed'' for 1 round per caster level, allowed another Will save at a penalty equal to your Temporal Strike's Distortion bonuses each round to escape the effect (Thus if your Temporal Strike had a +2 Distortion bonus, they would take a -2 penalty on all saves to escape the effect). 

While the target is ''Slowed'', you are constantly ''Hasted.'' If two or three targets are ''Slowed'', the extra attack granted by the Haste effect can instead be an extra move action that round; If four or more targets are simultaneously slowed by this Sacrifice, the extra move action can instead become an extra Standard action each round.
