A terrifying maneuver of Dire Winter, the initiator calls upon all of her bitterness and hatred to conjure a [[SRD:Weather#Blizzard|blizzard]] with windstorm-strength winds as if she had cast [[SRD:Control Weather|''control weather'']]. This can be done no matter the initial season or weather, but in this case it only lasts minutes instead of hours. At the epicenter of the blizzard (the maneuver's area) the storm is so intense that it behaves as a [https://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/i/ice-storm/ ''ice storm''] and [[SRD:Sleet Storm|''sleet storm'']] spells. All creatures except the initiator take 4d6 cold damage each round they end their turn in the epicenter of the storm.

The storm is an extension of the initiator's soul, she is part of the storm itself and thus her movement and vision are not impaired. If the initiator is killed or knocked unconscious, the storm immediately ends.
