You cause intense time dilatation to occurs, replicating the effect of [[SRD:Time Stop|''time stop'']] for as long as you concentrate on it as swift action each round. However you are unable to move, refresh or use your maneuvers, cast spell, manifest powers or take non-mental action. These rounds do not count against the duration of any effect on you, for good or ill. These round also do not count as passing for effect such as fast healing or bleeding.

This effectively allow you to take 20 on any perception-based check and make as many knowledge checks as needed. Thanks to your slowed perception of time, you gain half your initiator level bonus on skill checks made during this stopped time. The process leave you [[SRD:Fatigued|fatigued]] from the intense mental fatigue for 1 round once you resume time, bypassing any immunities you might have.
