Wei Yu's Water Shield surround the caster by countless drops of water. The drops collect together forming a dense, thick water shield to stop any incoming attacks. This spell provides a +4 [[SRD:Shield Bonus|shield bonus]] to [[SRD:AC|AC]] and a +4 bonus on all saving throw against [fire] effects and [[Hinder Energy (3.5e Creature Ability)|Energy Hindrance]] (Fire) 20%. However whenever a [Fire] effect is reduced by the shield it duration shrink by 1 round.

Additionally whenever the caster is underwater it duration increase to 10 minutes.
