In fact, you benefit from the ''[[SRD:Skate|skate]]'' power while on icy surfaces.  In addition you may walk along any icy surface even on the walls and ceiling with as much difficulty as walking.  

You can travel over the surface of water, briefly transforming the surface into ice.  However you do not benefit from the speed bonus when traveling over water.

If you have [[SRD:Improved Unarmed Strike|Improved Unarmed Strike]], you can deal slashing damage with your kicks with an additional +1d6 cold damage.
