These strange dead iron device was designed by a guild of witch hunter in order to suppress renegade spellcasters until they could be convinced guilty during a witch trial. The Null Crowns are large, but surprisingly light headgear that are bounded to the head of the suffered by dead iron spikes. The Crown is a thigh fit so that the spellcaster is alway reminded of his weakness. The last perk to the crown is that it potency increase with the wearer's willpower. A sad discovery as a rogue Cardinal was able to project a powerful null field, disabling the magic gears of his captor before escaping.
The wearer of the crown radiate an Antimagic Field whose radius is based on it wearer wisdom modifier (see table below). The crown cannot be deactivated by it wearer and is effectively locked on his head, a simple dead iron key open the lock. Otherwise the lock can be opened by a open lock skill check (DC 35).
The Null Crown's antimagic field is never suppressed by itself or other antimagic fields and cannot be
