You react in the extreme.
Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus on Reflex saving throws.
Drawback: While under any effect that disables you from moving while still retaining the power and will to do so (ie paralysis and unconsiousness do not attivate this draw back), you deal 1 point of damage plus 1 for each rounde after the first to yourself as your frantic attempts to escape become steadily more exagerated. Damage reduction does not apply, and the damage is typeless.
Roleplaying Ideas: You are an overreacting freak. Sure, your panic button can and does save your ass, but once something freaks you out, it's hard to stop.
