Spaz[edit]
You react in the extreme.
Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus on Reflex saving throws.
Drawback: While under any effect that disables you from moving while still retaining the power and will to do so (ie paralysis and unconsiousness do not activate this draw back), you deal 1 point of damage each round on your turn, as well as an additional point of damage for each round after the first per round, to yourself as your frantic attempts to escape become steadily more exagerated. Damage reduction does not apply, and the damage is typeless. If Shaken, the damage doubles. Frightened triples the damage, and Panicked triples this damage.
Example: El Spaz has been captured in a web spell. In the first round he fails his save against the spell, thus he cannot get out and deals 1 point of typeless damage to himself. However, he continues to be unable to escape for another five rounds, dealing to himself 2 damage in the second round, 3 in the third, and 4 in the fourth. However, before El Spaz's turn in the fifth round of being trapped, Dave the fighter manages to cut El Spaz out of the spell, thus negating the otherwise imminent 5 points of damage.
Roleplaying Ideas: You are an overreacting freak. Sure, your panic button can and does save your ass, but once something freaks you out, it's hard to stop.
