:This is basically ''spell flower'' for Psionic characters. And displays aren't ''that'' optional for low-level manifesters who can't reliably succeed on a DC 16 Concentration check (or 17, or 18, or 19... well, by the time you can manifest 5th-level powers, you'll have enough ranks in Concentration to have a pretty good chance of success, I guess...).
