FYI, there's no real functional difference between blur at will and blur persisted. Blur lasts for minutes and there are really no combat situations which last more than a minute where spending a standard action to re-apply matters. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 19:13, 4 August 2014 (UTC)
Ok I can see how it would be no different than the other 24hr duration invocations that this one. At the time there was an eyebrow raise from my DM. Again I am sorry about the non-clarity edits.
