Your eldritch blast now exhibits strange properties. First, against any non-construct creature or living constructs, your blast deals half of its absolute minimum damage, minimum 0 (10d6 would become 5). Against constructs, terrain, and objects, your blast deals maximum damage, requires a will save instead of a reflex save if one would normally be made for half damage, and the damage can only be reduced by 1/2 at most due to any sort of resistance or immunity. In addition, terrain, unattended objects, and attended objects whose owners fail a will save affected by your blast suffer an effect identical to Warp Wood that works regardless of the substance.
You may choose to instead repair an object, terrain, or a construct. In this case, you deal no damage, and heal for the amount that would otherwise be dealt in damage.
Against terrain and objects (excluding intelligent items and artifacts) only, you may deal no damage and instead elect to affect the substance as per Fabricate, with the area being determined by the blast shape used (or 1 5 ft square per target for blasts with no area), although the effect takes a minute of continuous blasting on the targeted area, and anything more than gross manipulation is limited by the caster's appropriate craft skills.
