Hello, I'm Professor Oak. I'm pleased to meet yew. Wood you like to hear more?
This spell works like tree shape, with the following changes. The tree you take actually has the hardness and hp of an actual tree (hardness 5, and typically 600 hp). Damage taken in this form goes to the tree, and any excess damage over it goes to you as the spell ends and forces a DC 20 save against death as if you were taking massive damage.
You decide the shape and appearance of the tree, with a width equal to your normal character space and a height up to 10 ft/level.
