::Actually no patch needed.  "You count your HD as +2 higher for any effect which scales off HD"  Scales off HD, caster level scales off... caster level, which is not tied to HD and is usually but not always tied to class level.  So this feat doesn't help you with that.  -- [[User:Eiji-kun|Eiji-kun]] ([[User talk:Eiji-kun|talk]]) 15:41, 18 December 2019 (UTC)

does this work with practiced Spellcaster?

It says it increases caster level by 2 up to a maximum of hd. Does this mean a 3rd level wizard can be a 5th level wizard?Dr.Drako (talk) 18:13, 16 December 2019 (UTC)

I think they'd be a 3rd level wizard with a caster level of 5. Which is still pretty sweet for a level 3 character. --Foxwarrior (talk) 19:52, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
Hm, that isn't intended. Interesting loophole, but I probably should seal it. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 23:41, 16 December 2019 (UTC)
