----I am also known as '''V. Mantis''', a nobody author with a lot of books to write. The pages I create on this site pertaining to the '''[[User:Max7238/Fireglass_(5e_Campaign_Setting)|Fireglass Series]]''' are referring to the universe in my novel series of the same name. I have taken to creating them for two reasons: 1) I am running a campaign in that universe for a group of friends, and they expressed a desire to better integrate their characters, and 2) I would like to provide the material for public use in the event anyone, at all, ever reads any of my work and somehow has the desire to emulate it in 5e.
Call me Max. I've only been playing DnD for the past three years or so, but I've been watching others since my brother used to play when I was little. More recently, I took to watching Twitch streams and simply reading classes, features, and other information about the game - as study for game design theory. I am also known as '''V. Over text, I've been seen as arrogant or self-aggrandizing, but I can promise that such is never my intention. I can only assume it's because of my word choice, and I apologize in advance if such a misunderstanding does occur. I consider any of you on this wiki my senior when it comes to DnDtabletop, and although I wish to protect the integrity of my ideas, I am more than willing to strike the heels of my creations (listed below) in the interest of proper balance. As long as the spirit of the idea is maintained, I've learned to get over harsh criticism. It's the best way to grow, after all.
