:::I installed the extension called "User JavaScript and CSS". I can't link it because we've disabled outbound links on the site except for whitelisted pages for spam reasons. Anyway, once installed, you go to dnd-wiki.org. Click on the extension, then click "Add New" in the tiny menu that pops up. Paste the text into the right-hand side, click save, and then reload dnd-wiki.org. Alternatively, maybe now that I posted this and they see complaints trickling in since I did, the owners will un-fuck the sidebar.
