This power allow to control what it target says, including intonation and tone. This can be used to trigger command words and the like but not use it own spells or abilities with vocal components. This can also make a creature unable to vocalize at all. This does not otherwise restrict it action or ability to act. This power does not affect a creature's ability to use it mouth for combat, such as a bite attack or a breath weapon. At the end of each of it turn, the target may attempt another Will save to end the power.
Augment: You can augment this power in one or more of the following ways.
1. For each additional power points you spend, you may leave the target unable to vocalize for 1 round after you cease concentrating. The target is still allowed it save to end the power on those turn.
2. For 2 additional power points you spend, you can concentrate on this power as a swift action. You become able to manifest other power while concentrating on this one, but only telepathy power.
3. For 2 additional power points you spend, you may take over all means of communication of the target such as telepathy. The only exception being sign language.
For every two additional power points you spend on any augmentation, the DC rises by +1.
