5e Spell Hand of Blight
Necromancy cantrip

You form necrotic energy around your hand and attack with it, choosing to either hurl it at range, or use it as a weapon in melee.

If you choose to hurl the Hand at a target, the attack is a ranged spell attack with a range of 30ft, and deals 1d8 points of Necrotic damage on a successful hit.

If you choose to attack with the Hand in melee, the attack is a melee spell attack with a range equal to your unarmed reach, dealing 1d4 points of Necrotic damage on a successful hit. When you make this melee spell attack, you can use your bonus action to make a second melee spell attack, either at the same target or another target you can see within range.

At Higher Levels. At 5th level, the damage dealt by this cantrip increases to 2d8 at range and 2d4 in melee. It increases to 3d8 and 3d4 at 11th level, and to 4d8 and 4d4 at 17th level.
