One such gang modified their wheelshoes with energy batteries and mercurite alloy frames. Mercurite Wheelshoes function just like regular wheelshoes, with the following exceptions:

Wearing mercurite wheelshoes increases charge and run distance by 10 feet. Additionally, the wearer is not slowed down when going up a slope (but not stairs) if she succeeds on a DC 20 tumble check. Due to their extremely high quality, mercurite wheelshoes counts as magical and as a masterwork tool for tumble checks.

Finally, these wheelshoes can be powered by energy cells inserted at the back of the skates, allowing them to turbo boost. As a free action, the wearer of a pair of mercurite wheelshoes can increase her land speed by 10 feet. Doing so consumes 2 energy cells (1 in each wheelshoe). Each wheelshoe can contain up to 25 energy cells. Expended energy cells can be changed for new ones, a process which requires 5 minutes of work. It is possible to use two fusion cells (one in each wheelshoes) instead of energy cells. Fusion cells provide enough energy to last for hundreds of years without needing to be changed.

If you have the Hell of Wheels, both natural slam attacks granted by the feat count as being made of mercurite alloy (with all associated benefits). Similarly Unarmed Strike delivered through kicks count as mercurite alloy when wearing those sweet skates.
