With your foe distracted, you strike at his legs, leaving him hobbled.
At-Will ✦ Martial
"Opportunity Action" is not in the list (Minor Action, Move Action, Standard Action, Immediate Interrupt Action, Immediate Trigger Action, Minor, Move, Standard, Immediate Interrupt, Immediate Trigger, ...) of allowed values for the "Action Type" property.
Personal
Trigger: An enemy subject to your mark shifts, makes an attack that targets an ally of yours without targeting you, or provokes an attack of opportunity from you.
Effect: You make a melee basic attack against the triggering enemy. If you hit, he takes a penalty to speed equal to your Wisdom modifier and takes damage equal to your Dexterity modifier for each square it moves. These effects last until the end of your next turn.
