Duration:	Instantaneous
Saving Throw:	Will Partial, Fortitude Partial (see text)
Power Resistance:	Yes
Power Points:	9 (kineticist), 13 (psion/wilder)

As you manifest this power, you concentrate on the target's head. If it fails its Will save, it must make a Fortitude save or be instantly killed as its head (or heads) explode. If the target succeeds on its Fortitude save, it still takes 9d6 damage and gets a migraine; if it succeeds on the initial Will save, it still gets a headache. If the creature does not need its head to survive, it takes damage as if it succeeded on its Fortitude save, but becomes blind and deafened from the lack of a head and the sensory organs associated with it. Creatures without a head are obviously immune to this power.

Augment: For every additional power point you spend, this power’s damage increases by 1d6 points. For each extra 2d6 points of damage, this power’s save DC increases by 1.
