Agar in a Jar
Magic Wondrous Item, rare
This jar holds slime in it. Once per encounter, you can use an action to take off the top and pour out 1d3 gelatinous cubes; You can attempt to summon a specific number of cubes with a DC 15 Wisdom check, using your willpower to coax the unpredictable magic to your whims. The gelatinous cube(s) are loyal to you and your friends, obeying basic orders in much the same way any other mindless creature (Such as a zombie), and the cube(s) last(s) until dismissed back into the jar or killed.
If slain, you can spend 2d6+4 minutes scooping up the remains back into the jar; If you do not, the jar loses its power for one week as it slowly re-grows the slime within. Once used to summon any number of gelatinous cubes, the jar cannot be used again for a number of days equal to the number of cubes summoned (Thus if used to summon only one cube, it can be used the next day). You cannot use the jar again until any existing gelatinous cubes have been dismissed or slain.
