Chilling Performance [General] Prerequisites: perform 12 ranks, Bardic music ability, know two spells that deal cold damageBenefit: You may expand a use of bardic music by doing a chilling performance of any kind. All foes within 60 feet, able to see and or hear the bard take 1d6 cold damage per bard level and halves movement speed for as long as the bard performs and for 5 rounds after. A will save halves the damage. This is a supernatural ability. Special: Undead and constructs still take cold damage and a movement speed penalty from the performance.
