Call Winds
Songweaver Attack 1
You weave power into your song, calling the winds to you to attack your foes and defend your allies.
At-Will ✦ Arcane, Implement, Force, Cold
Standard Action Close blast 3
Target: Each creature in blast
Attack: Charisma vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Charisma modifier force and cold damage, and you or one adjacent ally gains a +1 power bonus to AC, Fortitude and Reflex defense against ranged attacks until the end of your next turn.
Increase damage to 2d6 + Charisma modifier at 21st level.
