Tormtor School [General]
You have learned House Tormtor's fighting technique from your weapons masters.
Tier: Heroic
Prerequisite: Proficiency with Javelins, Weapon Focus (Spear).
Benefit: Once per encounter, when you deal damage on a melee attack with a javelin, you can make a ranged attack (not including a power) with the javelin against any foe within 30ft as a free action. This does not provoke an attack of opportunity.
